DELIVERY AND RETURNS
A note about Covid-19
We are currently still able to fulfil orders and taking every precaution to ensure they are processed in a safe and timely manner. However, please bear with us if the deliveries take a little longer than usual.
We are working closely with our suppliers ensure all fulfilment workers are safe and well cared for. Of course, we continue to monitor the situation daily to adjust our arrangements in the best interest of our teams, customers, and communities.
Domestic shipping (within Australia)
We deliver all orders purchased on our website within Australia with our courier partner Shippit or Australia Post.
All orders within Australia are delivered free-of-charge.
Estimated delivery times: Metro: 3 - 5 business days; Regional: 5 - 8 business days.
All orders received are dispatched within 3 business days from the order date, subject to unforeseen circumstances that may delay dispatch. Tracking will be offered in your confirmation e-mail sent to you following your online order. E-mail alerts may be requested only through Shippit, to enable you to track the progress of your order. You will be required to sign for all deliveries. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
ISĒ is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, the customs clearance process or unforeseen circumstances that may delay dispatch.
We offer shipping worldwide. All Linen, leather throw and magazine international orders will be fulfilled by DHL or Australia Post. All orders received are dispatched within 3 business days from the order date, subject to unforeseen circumstances that may delay dispatch. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a shipping quote for your order.
All ceramics, sculptures, paintings and items of furniture will be delivered free-of-charge worldwide, excluding any applicable customs duties and importation taxes that may be applied.

Duties and Taxes
For purchases outside of Australia, ISĒ is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.
In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, ISĒ is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. ISĒ accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay and Apple Pay.
By purchasing a product online from ISĒ, you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.
Refunds and Returns
Only items purchased on the ISĒ website can be returned to houseofise.com for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online or have changed your mind, ISĒ will gladly exchange your item within 14 days of receipt of your order. The returned item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in its original saleable condition complete with original tags, outer and inner casings, and all packaging, guarantee cards, and product labels contained in the original delivery box. In addition, for all fragile items, these must be returned in suitable packaging so as to avoid as far as possible any breakages during transit. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost. Please note that certain products sold on our website are shipped to you from outside Australia.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and additional postage charges incurred when sending any items back to ISĒ and/or its suppliers, which may be located outside of Australia. At present, all sculptures available for purchase through houseofise.com are shipped from and are to be returned to Germany. Unless otherwise specified, all linens and throws are shipped from and are to be returned to Australia.
Please note that no refunds for magazines shall be issued.
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, ISĒ will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
If you are returning an item to us because it is faulty, we will refund: the price of the item in full; any applicable delivery charges; and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. Returns and exchanges may only be carried out by registered post or courier.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for ISĒ to process any refund or exchange. Please email email@example.com in advance of your intentions to return or exchange a product, so that our ISĒ staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt from the provider until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by ISĒ. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process exchanges and returns within 5 business days of receipt and, in the case of a refund, a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that while exchanges will be processed within the times noted, delivery times may vary depending upon the item exchanged and your geographical location. In all instances, items will be dispatched with a tracking number.
